Our Client is AQUAZZURA, a luxury footwear brand based in Florence, founded by Edgardo Osorio in 2011.  Striking the perfect balance between modern designs and impeccable craftsmanship, AQUAZZURA’s elegant, timeless styles for women of all ages are crafted with attention to detail and a focus on wearability. For Milan we are looking for a




  • 4/5 years of relevant experience in luxury, entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Economics/Marketing.

Must have:

  • Previous experience in Luxury Footwear;

  • Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace in a changing environment;

  • Excellent analytical skills and confident in managing large volumes of data;

  • Numerical sensitivity with commercial sense;

  • Advanced organisational skills and able to work autonomously and cross functionally;

  • Proactive and independent problem solver with the highest level of attention to detail, even when working under pressure;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great team player;

  • Full proficiency in all MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines;

  • Full availability to travel as needed;

  • Fluent in English and Italian.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the product offer supports the wider product strategy and drives business performance, delivering against the business' financial objectives.


Responsibilities and general duties:

  • Briefing to Design team for new collections, based on market needs and trends, past performance, and overall commercial requirements;

  • Price targeting and related indications to Design and Production teams based on cost margin monitoring in proto phase;

  • In season WSSI management to forecast seasonal sales and communicate risks, opportunities and propose actions;

  • Proto review and launches;

  • Wholesale/Retail pricing and geo-pricing in multiple currencies in collaboration with Finance department;

  • Continual monitoring of category and product performance, including analysing collection data to help ensure brand strategy for future collections is balanced and in line with seasonal business plan;

  • Competitive landscape analysis and trend reports;

  • Identification of core assortment, lead of the seasonal markdown list;

  • Analysis of orders and back orders; replenishment & stock rebalancing activities to maximize selling opportunities;

  • Management of special projects, capsules, exclusives and new opening requests;

  • Leading editing sessions and collection presentation to sales teams;

  • Responsible for linesheets;

  • Production of training material for Retail and Sales teams;

  • Retail and Wholesale Master Buys, merchandising guidelines;

  • Creation and update of a master data collection file (carry over, core, seasonal etc. buys) every season.
